Why we’re different

Our philosophy is built upon the recognition that working hard isn’t going to solve the problem: we need to work smart as well. To achieve that, we’ve created a unique staff rotation schedule that ensures that there is always a team who’s priority is to look ahead, learning about future trends and practices.

Because of this, we have kept ahead of the many twists of late, with the knowledge at hand to address these new needs rather than kludge old solutions to fit new problems.

We listen

And that’s just the beginning. We never leave the room after the initial meeting and come back with a solution at the end date. Our goal is to work together with you to create the solution and that starts with listening to you before we start working on the problem, listening while we're developing a solution, listening throughout the development process and listening after the solution is delivered. Only then, is the sound of silence welcomed.

While we put a strong emphasis on recognizing traditions, through our anthropological approach to problem solving, we will often try to find the more elusive, often simpler solution to a problem, one that is sometimes stifled by “how it’s always done”.
