A human-centered approach

Our approach to creating solutions centers on the people who will be using them—you. One of the first things we do is find out three things about you: what you do, what you have, and what you need. We want to know: how we can help you do it better, how we can augment or transform what you have, and how we can fulfill your needs.

We seek to create solutions for you that address your needs and maximize your potential. Our solutions require zero to minimal training. They are created with you in mind, with you as a partner and with your needs at the core of the solution.

Solutions that grow

We seek to understand our clients in depth by adopting anthropological techniques and an iterative design and development process to discover the path to solutions. This ensures that we don't just provide a solution for the present, but one that will evolve and continue to revolve around your needs.

§

A knowledge support structure

A constant hazard of design and development work is that it could take so much focus of the team that it neglects to keep up with the latest in new technology and methods. To ensure we never lose sight of our ability to continue to offer the best solutions, we maintain an independent research and exploration team whose sole purpose is to ensure that all our projects will benefit from the latest developments that the industry has to offer.

To bolster these efforts, we are members of professional societies, maintain contacts in key corporations, research institutions and academia and participate in conferences, discussions and standards bodies to not only be informed but inform. We even maintain our own knowledge-base of news, information and data from a wide range of industries, not to mention an extensive collection and access to reference materials such as research papers, technical reports and product documentation.

§

Opinionated but unbiased

We ensure that your interests are our goal. When third-party products play a part in a solution, we do not favor a specific vendor over another due to business relationships. We rarely accept incentives from providers and vendors to sway our choices. Our choices are based solely on our belief that those products have a place in our solution for you.

§

A business of choice and commitment

We exercise a great deal of choice when it comes to clients and projects. Often, we will only accept clients whom are referred to us by existing clients. And we will only take jobs that we can make a significant difference on, never just because of a good profit. In addition, we like to ensure that we never take on too many clients so that our clients will always have direct access to a partner of the firm.
